Nate Brown, the creator and founder of The Know Yourself Journal, is a young, excited, counselor, mentor, and spiritual adviser. He holds master degrees in Psychology, in Religion, and in Theology, and uses his degrees to work with people from all walks of life. He is particularly passionate about empowering others, and he spends much of his time working with teens, adults, students, and business people who are striving to actualize their dreams.

The Know Yourself Journal is an outgrowth of Nate's personal process of assessment and development. It is the same process that he has used to become a successful corporate trainer, crisis counselor, non-profit program coordinator, and adviser to students, teens, and professionals.
